Porsche Centre Kuwait wins Importer of the Year for second consecutive year
Porsche Kuwait has won the prestigious Importer of the Year award for the Middle East and Levant region from Porsche Middle East and Africa FZE (PME) for the second year in succession.
In a highly competitive industry, Porsche Kuwait achieved a rare double, showcasing their exceptional performance in terms of sales, customer engagement, and innovation throughout the successful year of 2022. For the 2022 calendar year, dealers and importers from across the PME regions were assessed to a set of criteria that included aspects including sales and aftersales customer satisfaction, new car deliveries, quality of service, facilities, and training procedures. The criteria also focused on individual as well as team performances across the full extensiveness of the business processes.
From a competitive shortlist, just three winners were chosen representing each of the three PME regional areas: Middle East and Levant, Africa, and India. Outstanding dealerships or importers within these respective regions were acknowledged for their strong performance and achievements in the recent conference event held in Tenerife.
